CGRA is absolutely a WIN WIN for all long investors. Just the progression of the MJ development alone is obvious verification attesting to the very successful implementation of a well thought out and funded business plan. They know what they are doing and are moving forward at a steady pace. In addition think of the enhanced value of the largest State approved MJ Growing Property in Washington with thousands of MJ plants currently both harvested and growing. According to Colorado developers the property owners are the real money holders. Values have skyrocketed. CGRA has done all the heavy lifting, and is beginning to reap the rewards. Likewise with the Oil Field development. Reworks are beginning to produce, and a New Oil Well is being drilled. History of that formation on a shallow drill begins at 1000 BPD slowing to 200 BPD after 5 years. 7 new wells are planned. Some scoff at a PPS of 1.00. IMO that is a very real and conservative estimate. Other OTC Companies with MUCH less to offer have reached that level and higher. NONE have tens of millions in Bond money, Cash on hand, and NO DILUTION or SS change in over a year. UNSTOPPABLE IMHO
