These purchases by Vivo Capital VIII, LLC, Franklin Resources LLC, and the company's director's purchase (Stephen Morlock), do you know if the purchases were made on the open market? I always wonder about that when I see Form 3s and 4s... are the shares aquired as you or I would acquire them -- with orders through a brokerage account? I usually stick to the OTCs, but I like the look of this one... thanks for any insights you can provide :)
