I think you are correct, I don't believe this is an outright scam as the players have some credibility with actual (yet hidden) assets. It appears they tried to concoct a shell company within their own company to raise non-managed investor funds to float internal ideas without us. It still seems suspicious but I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now as I start to real in my own net around his known associations. Shelby has no less than eight past cities to review and investigate and ten associates, from family members to known past and present business attachments. It would behoove S. Gene Thompson to update his investors with actual facts that support his position before other facts are uncovered and posted for the benefit of the investors.
