100% agree with that. They do not represent the financials of TALK. My opinion and it is just that we get TALK filings when the BK plan is accepted?

Since there will be no legal ramifications to them filing late for over another year...who really cares why at this point.

I agree they need to be filed but I don't think they are doing it for no reason at all.
