#114336 RE: Romans828 #114334

Today, I had to sell 40% of my shares, which hurts and makes me very disappointed.
For 6 years I believed it would happen 'soon', so 6 years lost in my opinion...

Very disappointed in the lack of respect for the shareholders.
Kim had a great idea, but his lack of respect, communication, business skills make this company where we are now, too bad.

I won't sleep very well, we'll see what happens next, but I'm not prepared to wait longer on things not happening.
We are not given any insight in where we are, what our projections are and what timelines we are looking at....

Romans I respect your opinion but I would request some clarity.

However, very unimpressed with thompson's business acumen.

What exactly are you speaking of?
I know the standard set of complaints. Slow , lack communications etc.
But when people insist in this line what is always lacking is ... "He should do this..." And add the specifics.

"Kim has bad business acumen"
There are a few things that I can think of off the top of my head. Specifically that there was a statement made that he is aware of the communication issue and said he should inform us better even if it was to say nothing has changed.
He should stand up to that and I agree he has not.

But what can we possibly know about what Kim is doing and judge it to be "bad" when we all agree that he doesn't tell us what he is doing?

I suggest that instead of saying "he sucks" we conspire to produce a better solution that Kim has not tried.

I have tried this and I can not really come up with a valid plan that would work.
The list of facts that we have to work with limits our abilities.

The product can not be produced in the USA with out a premium that would price it out of every market but the military.

The countries that it can feasibly be produced in are very limited.
Out of possible countries there are very very few that are friendly and politically stable enough to actually attempt production in.

Out of those few the best are the ones Kim is or has attempted to begin production in.
The obstacle in the path(government policy) is nothing Kim can control.
And all of these things have been communicated to the shareholders.
So what specifically should be done that Kim isn't doing?

While we wait for things out of his control he lets us know what is going on in the lab. But nobody wants to hear that good news. In fact new fiber strains is now considered bad by the people invested in new fibers. (Facepalm)

I think people are letting there emotions get in the way. We all want it now but we cant always get what we want.

I feel the board needs to move to constructive criticism and not waste their energy repeating the same complaints over and over and feeding on each others intolerance of delays.
