I am willing to bet CEO Mars knows about Armen's past.

What exactly is there to report? FINRA knows about Armen that's why he has a lifetime ban.... As far as the SEC, what is it that they are doing that's illegal? Nothing I'm aware of, I'm just pointing out the fact that the company is surrounded by a bunch of shady characters..... Not the true great business group that others want the shareholders to think.

Not where I'd be investing for long term... I made my six figures on the run up to 5 cents and sold most..... still sitting on some freebies though.
