Real revenue or secure future revenues. At this time they are acquiring, building etc. so it's actually a liability hence price. Also has a fairly large float. Once they acquire AMC and AMC gains final license it will be on line donkey kong. Don't think I will Wait 8years tho hope we see some action soon.

All due respect to you BLDVWTL and to your patience, 8 years is a long time and I appreciate you as a veteran posting on this board with us. I have not been in as long as you but I am still giving it patience and holding.

I think at least two of the items listed below need to be PR'd as completed before the BLDV pps can, IMO, start moving as this is an organic play/turnaround story that will take time to develop.

1. FINRA approval of 1:10 R/S submitted on June 28, 2016

2. Confirmation of approval and closure of $12 million merchant bank financing

3. Completion of AMS acquisition in Hannover, Ontario, Canada

4. Progress or follow-up on 2017 strategic plan for Cannabis real estate announced in the PR this week

5. Filing of revenue generated from the initiatives they are working that is above at least $1 million/year

This is just my opinion, how the market interprets any or a combination of these events into demand for the stock is beyond anyone's control. Hence the current price at which we are churning. Management is working hard to build this company from the ground up and it might take time for the market to realize this and therefore patience from us.

Hope this helps!

I'm no expert but I'd say the reason this isn't a particularly sought after ticker is the fact they have a very small revenue stream and always run losses. There's simply no profit nor any proven growth. Does that get you excited to invest here? :) Didn't think so. Hence the low volume and low share price movement.

However, they do appear to be have some potential buns in the oven at this time that could possibly turn things around. With the MJ industry growing, and indoor growing opportunities for year-round harvesting gaining, the Cannabis Clean operations could really pan out since indoor growing has a lot of mold potential and many states are mandating testing for molds / mildews, which in turn could drive up business for anti-mold services. Whether or not this company can make that opportunity materialize has yet to be seen IMO.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.
