there is salvage law that has evolved, correct? And didn't the public company that returned all that gold to Spain obtain legal rights ahead of time on their first find, only to neglect to seek legal standing with the discovery returned to Spain?

Spain doesn't do deals.

And if the LLC finds the Mother Lode of the Concepcion, what's the likely end of that story?

Isn't there enough history to tell us the future in the event of a HUGE find?
