It takes time to get paperwork in order. This is a regulated industry.

The easiest thing is the R/S, but its not the most important driver.

If Baltia is acquired by Kalita that would be the nail in the coffin for shareholders. Kalita is a private company. So all shareholders would automatically be wiped out.
