many of us have a long time in this company and have been able to read all news and prints on the company for many years ... I also know how complicated it is to get paperwork done... once the SEC has it they will for a period of time be asking for extra items... this is not an easy thing to do... plus there are only so many people working at the SEC and we are not the only souls out there wanting to get our company updated... however, we are one of the few companies with no debt and at this point the accountants working on this are at risk too as they are not meeting deadlines and need to get on the ball... by now mines are closing and one anticipates them opening come March ... how do you like that... ides of March... so delay or calculated timing. other part that is important to realize a good P.R. firm will not get involved until the paperwork is done in order to go full speed. They can do some work but the real impact will be with funds and small cap plus investors that are looking to put... millions into a company that shows progress... we are just small people in a huge stepping stone to major progress when this gets done..$$$$$
If they are doing audited fins for a Form 10 then who is their auditor? That should be announced.
If they have all this financial stuff and paperwork to do then why did they announce a closing date (or deadline) at least twice for this acquisition? Were they lying then or lying now? It has to be one or the other.
If Kaiser is "on the radar screen" why is he being used by this "new management team" to put out a PR by the private company Element Global Mining Group? It is beyond obvious to suggest that change would be the first thing they would have done quite awhile ago...but "they" didn't. ALL OF THE INFORMATION about this whole "deal" has come from someone that has not delivered on a single thing in the past (yet now he will?).
So now that it appears that expectations have to be moved into early 2017...these "next week", "two weeks"...promises from ELGL can stop.
Long time holders do have to be patient. No choice.
