There is no Default Judgment entered - there's a clerk default against Defendant. Pltf's Motion for Default Judgment hasn't been ruled upon. If Pltf noticed the MTQ/MTV for hearing the matter could potentially be concluded swiftly - but there's been virtually no urgency to resolve these motions. All that's noticed for Wednesday is Def's Objection to Issuance of Subpoenas and Pltf's Motion to Correct Scrivenors error - both, largely, non events.
