"the new group taking over" is Victor Feldbush and Bertil Ake Gunnar Olsson. Those are the guys behind the Element Global Mining Group, and it's only "asset". :-) Olsson is 72, and Feldbush is 66. Everything could happen. It definitely looks like ELGL has some problems and can't put out even fake merger announcement as they usually do. Either something is up with those two gentlemen, or someone have already reported their activity to SEC, or... you can just guess.
