Any concerns about dilution was put to bed in August with private placements. If there is a split it would be to uplist imo. If we get above $1 we could reverse 1 for 4 to meet Nasdaq SmallCap Market Requirements $4 min.

Worlds Retires Convertible Debt, Prepares for Oral Arguments at USPTO
