The O/S means nothing when figuring out if debt holders are dumping. It's the float you need to know.. Once debt is converted it is part of the O/S right away, but not in the float till they are dumped into the market.
When the T/A gags the float it is easy to hide shares that could have been converted months ago and dumped today. O/S will never change. Just the float will.. T/A won't give you the float so we have no way of knowing for sure where the shares came from today. I called them and they will just give out the A/S and O/S..
