100% factual documents from the courts in Florida and California have been posted. The end game is clearly near. Again, these are no longer contested disputes or simple disagreements.

NTEK was forced into court proceedings where judges ruled with finality and issued enforcement judgements against NTEK in multiple cases.

NTEK is under court mandate to pay $2 million plus in cash and 54 million to 300 million in new stock (and it's actually closer to 300 million, but I'll await the official documents).

So NTEK owes 100 times what they have in cash and double their current OS, yet the short report is "very important?"

Please explain why.
