Thanks - and I see that the Q-3 report was dated
Oct 18 and yet Francine doesn't file it until Dec 1.
Could this be another ploy to get us off our talk
of a Lawsuit?

The OTCMarkets will accept unaudited financials
- for a " Current " status - if an Attorney Letter is also
filed to certify the financials as reliable.

Note in the following link that the last
