Thanks for the info! But it is very bizarre that day after day, "MM ARCA" comes in with bids of 1,000,000 shares on a daily basis, a few of the days the orders were filled, yesterday the 1m order was not filled at .35! Interesting that oil has rallied to over $52 and BBEPQ has not moved trading between .34/.39! Today looks weak at the opening, but I /my opinion believe BBEPQ is being held down/sold down to fill those big orders! Also, my opinion, I believe there is a big buyer trying to take control of BBEPQ through buying on the open market?
