I met Mr. Valenti and can confirm he was a CHP officer until he retired. He told me he was a former investor of QS that wanted to get involved to "right the ship". Seemed like a nice enough person, but cannot imagine he has the appropriate qualifications to be addressing the technical issues arising with the product. Then again, I think he spends more time selling paper and assuaging the concerns of current investors than actually developing AOT.
