perhaps it's just a key step in the process, we are going to need something big to get us stable above 0.01. Becoming compliant will halp credibility and investor confidence no doubt, we've had too may events of selling shares for too cheap and I am of the mind it all has to do with the failure of the Niger Truck deal and it takes a lot to overcome something like that.
