The scumbags that really need to be prosecuted are those issuing BS PR's that are completely full of crap and are intended to suck in more unsuspecting retail investors! Nothing like overtly attempting to manipulate a company's stock price! Is it possible that you are familiar with a candidate or two who might fit this description?

lol. The only people who should be prosecuted are the people running these BS companies that are nothing more than a scam to dump shares. As for the otherwise, a few people have contacted me and have said interesting things. Are they true? Probably but that is why I said I am hearing otherwise. I did not claim fact. Just that I am hearing otherwise.
