While the forced holding period of shares is IN MOTION any buyer should beware that there are a large # of shares that will in the future hit the free market and drive the price down. It's a fact those shares reaching maturity only has a downward effect of stock prices.
The question is does the effect do anything material to the share price. Low floater like this? Yeah I suspect it will.
My larger point is you flipped your position overnight.
There's only one player that had shares cheap enough to sell it down to these current Levels - PP was then Offered - Kal had over 10M Shares at a Average cost Canada $0.015 or a 1,000% up to here
Then see where he was Canceled on his Options he received - No Name listed but go read the M&A and see he's the only one with that amount - And no other was Canceled
