I think there are two schools of thought when evaluating this management team:

Just read and follow the science. Perhaps you reach a point of understanding where both the science and the PPS point to the opportunity. The story surrounding PPHM is not about the past, the share price, nor looking the BOD members in their eyes. IMO, the House just gave a helping hand to Peregrine and countless other small engaged in solving the complex riddle of cancer.
