Peter Leeds the penny stock pro once told me PERCEPTION is what moves a stock UP or DOWN....He said it's all about perception. We all know irrational exuberance is what drives these penny stocks into the outer orbit. One thing about me .....I believe what I say, I say what I mean, and I mean what I say. I believe LIGA will surpass your targets and I'm assuming from your post you think those targets you put in place are attainable :-)
