All good questions. I still am trying to figure out how all this works and what, if anything I (we) can do to affect the bidding. Yesterday, I sent an email to gmiller@mctllp.com (trustee) to tell him some shareholders are interested in bidding on the IP. No response yet. Another poster and I emailed Calico Labs (Google's life extension company); and if we hear about any bidding, I plan on emailing the company again. All long shots. Maybe a few other people here could also email the trustee. I feel like it is his fiduciary duty to respond to us.
