So far so good. You may want to reevaluate your projections though. .0035 is about 27% of my FIRST major leg analysis. But damn good job without knowing about the recent debt retirement (which is what caused me to recalculate myself). Very strong investment here that is going to make a lot of people substantial $$ if they hang in there.
