Sorry guys but you're dead wrong. If that were the case they'd have issued the prospectus right before the conference call and explained that it was a backup plan if they can't reach a deal. Issuing the prospectus now its clear that they intend to offer and you'll see a PR most likely today that there is an offering coming. I'm disappointed too but please don't be delusional. This company is dead, toast.
