That's simple. If someone wanna grab cheap shares just need to sell a few as under .1 and pray that other will be follow.then buy as much as can. Even tax credit higher that price not to mention their cash, 20 solid patent and zero debt. The company in talks with potential investors ( mentioned in pr). Every thing by the book. As I said before a buck+ for me.my shares locked.
