I'm hoping for a quick settlement that would be amazing and no parties want to go to court


we need to take to defend our rights and make sure that no one can take advantage of us in Israel or where we do business

Of course it is goid they are defending themselves. That was not my point.

Twice now, it was strongly stated as fact that there would be a payment from the demand without contest.

I want to know how this can be known. If true it is significant. If speculation that should be known too, and it should no longer be stated so strongly there will be a rapid payment, as that woukd be inaccurate, and misleading.
