I don't understand? The NOL's reduction taxable income only. they are not a tax credit so the NOL's usage time would not change based on the change in tax rates. They are talking about reducing the deductions which increases taxable income so the NOL's would have a shorter life. Am I missing something? I follow your comments and find them very helpful, so this not meant as a negative.
