I will admit ignorance as to what the $1.50 sale to the CEO means. There was like $60-something-million outstanding on the $100MM loan that was forgiven because [what] was sold to the CEO for $1.50? I don't have the first clue as to what this 6k means. Call me any name in the book that you want, but I would love for someone on this board to give me an elementary level explanation of what the hell this thing says or means.
