Its all shareholders that benefit, new and old alike. This verbiage/deal prevents MIDAM from just unloading a significant amount of shares that they have received for services in any given day or month. Which in turn can hold a share price down or drop it. So with a limit of 50k per day, those sells are measly and won't have any impact on share price. Should allow this stock to see some progression to true evaluation.
