First of all, its moot, not mute :)

Second of all, the court system is still very important. Let's not forget that it was a Republican Congress that passed HERA in the first place and have done nothing to fight the Executive Branch in its management of how HERA was implemented.

Basically...a Favorable ruling is good for us. A poor ruling is still bad for us, since any suggestions Trump and Mnuchin make are just that...suggestions. It is Congress that would need to overturn.

If there is no ruling due to delays and the new Administration takes effect, it could be good for us as well, as the uncertainty of the ruling could make Congress support a Trump/Mnuchin suggestion more likely than if Congress has Judicial support.
