......Dude: I studied this and don't quite get it.......1st of all 200,000 shares = $50mm at $250 p/s.................this scares me because of the old rumor about Guy agreeing to a $50mm locked-in settlement amount........only $1.65 p/s........

........this could be a simply CYA filing for the BOD to buy back stock..................so this might be a 'nothing' filing........

.....as with most of uwbi.............probably a meaningless BOGEY..............our settlement is buried in the FCNCA "legal" proceedings section - - so all relevant data is omitted, and allowed by the SEC......the 20% of the uwbi DTA, or $35MM was used 10/17/16.....so the filing won't be recorded formally with the SEC for a while, imo..............

.......we need for kim to get that FINAL ORDER signed..........transfers can be made to uwbi cusips (and all have electronic email addresses) in a few days.............a paying agent in MN is awaiting the final directions, we understand........don't we, larry....??.............hello.......
