......T stock comes out of the EQUITY section of the balance sheet.........true cost at whatever value is negligible, imo.........HOWEVER, value is another story.........frankie, reportedly "valued" the stock at $250 p/s............1 for 65 relative to uwbi.....................

......we are whistling into the wind......GUST...........point being.................there's gotta be a settlement, it has to include frankie.............amount must = $176mm, or $135mm worth of FCNCA.....................too many ifs, for this scenario.......but possible........and likely...............
