I don't have a problem going to bed at night worrying about what I am holding. I unfortunately did not have that big of a starter position to buy an island...LOL I could see holding this forever to skip capital gains.....it will turn back into dividend paying so should keep a nice return....dividend paying stocks figure into my retirement strategy....
