Ok. Use the term "forced merger" then. Marilu and hub had no choice. It's basically repossession for failure to pay bills. Trying to spin it doesn't change the facts.

Let's all just hope and pray that this stock ticker gets bought by another company. It happened with another stock i currently own; it changed names 3 times since I've had it the past 2 years, and has been 3 completely different companies and the 3rd and final one I think is going to be a real winner! I really lucked out on that one.

I think I only have a few bucks in BTZO anyway, so it doesn't hurt that this stock turned out to be such a dud. But it's just annoying i have such a tiny holding, and won't bother with it unless somet h in major happens.....ya never know.....
