Pretty straightforward update this morning. No way were they going to get the injunction. They'll easily win the case (as the judge indicated), but the bar for showing hardship is too high to get an injunction under these circumstances. What she needs to do is grant the treble damages for willful infringement in this case. It is a shame there is no deterrent to infringers.
Looks like the market correctly read that Sophos is throwing everything against the wall to see what will stick. They have almost no chance of getting a retrial, but I thought there would be a kneejerk reaction and a ten cent drop. There were eager buyers for the few shares being sold. I got another 12K myself under $1.30. It is difficult to build a substantial position here. You need to take advantage of these dips and be patient.
