It is based on sheer hope and nothing else. How one can expect a poorly managed company with a CEO with her track record to be successful is beyond me. The product, while years ago had a great chance, has been surpassed by others because of management style and greed. There has been talk of a "security card" which has never been seen or eventuated. There is supposed to be a marketing wizard. If so, he sure hides his light under a bushel.
