Medinah management has already made two basic errors in their courtroom strategy with Mr. Price. More to come? This is what happens when you have inexperienced management dealing with an experienced con man. I doubt that Mr. Cooper, if he's the lawyer that's handling the case, has ever run across somebody like Les Price during his time at McCarthy Tétrault.

Exactly. These guys haven't earned the reputation as the gang who can't shoot straight just because we are cynical. And I suspect you are spot on re: Cooper, esq. Lawyers want to get their retainers, and the only real work they do before taking a case is a conflicts check. Cooper doesn't know what a monkey show MDMN is, nor what a greedy, lying, thief that Les is. Early results suggest the law firm isn't exactly deploying their best and brightest, given the absence of a counter-claim or challenge of the validity of Price's claim.

Scumbag Les beat the US Department of Justice in a fraud/kickback case when the facts were certainly not on his side. Cooper needs to treat this seriously and consider strategy carefully; otherwise, this will be the end of the company. Instead of the end of Les.

If this was a 12 round boxing match, beginning after the Florida discovery of Les' thievery, I'd say Les has won round 1 and 2, and that is painful to type.

Les Price... one of a kind... I'd say...

The most important thing though... is the continued development... of the Mountain...

My apologies - what I meant by "listed" was "continues to trade". You are correct, MDMN is an OTC stock that the SEC cares little about.
