#47465 RE: john runyon #47458

That isn't close to being accurate - the 2nd claimed Kalisky note hasn't been filed and the promissory notes have been amended as Ruppert stated he would be doing on September 13, 2016.

Post a link to the Broward County docket that shows the promissory notes have been amended - here let me help ole Ruppert.

On 08/26/2016 - Ruppert filed the Promissory Notes.

On 09/09/2016 - Ruppert Filed a Notice of Withdrawal of a Promissory Note - but we have a problem - it was the Fake $100,000 Note dated May 8, 2015 - not the Note Pamela had already settled and been paid with 70 Million shares.

On 09/21/2016 - Ruppert filed a Affidavit of Damages - which includes the Kalisky Note that Pamela has already settled.

Once again Ruppert has been caught lying about the fraudulent lawsuit against NGCG.

Freeze, you r smarter than that, of course not, it was a scrivenors error and the note correction has already been filed as well the original affidavit of damages filed months ago has the proper amount on it. I know this is tough to swallow but the notes are good, real and legit and will be collected upon. Others can speculate, argue, try and dissect but the reality is that I am a debt holder, like it or not.

You are correct Freeze is much smarter than to be taken in by Ruppert.

Where in the filings is the new Kalisky Note?

In July Ruppert filed a Affidavit of Damages for $145,493.04 and in September Ruppert filed a Affidavit of Damages for $105,493.04.

Which neither match the Promissory Notes Ruppert produced.

1. $60,000

2. $50,000

3. $8,000

4. $12,493.04

Total = $130,493.04

The Judge is going to have fun with the information I send her.
