Until there is a clear breakdown of who exactly received nearly 1.8 million dollars in 'Professional Fees'...over a 3 month period...nothing has been managed. Stealing from investors is not managing funding.

What is his/her company's name? 2nd question the SEC needs to ask goober gruder...1st one is... > what happened to a million plus shares that he once owned? He failed to file a Form 4...if he sold the shares...and a Form 144, a Schedule 13D or Schedule 13G (brief version of 13D)...
