So it appears then this Friday will be a huge day for Fannie and Freddie. Price could jolly well soar to over $20 in one day.

Maybe they are still going through executive documents? Or perhaps Obama is planning on releasing to save his hiny? I understand that courts are usually slow, but am being hopeful there may be a good reason why they won't say a decision yet. April 15th .. going on 7 months now. Tuesday, Friday, Tuesday Friday Tuesday, Friday... getting dizzy LOL!

We could be in for a long wait.
The judges are clearly WAITING upon some event before making a ruling public.
I think they are waiting to see what happens with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the documents.
Another possibility is that they are waiting to see if there is any possibility whatsoever that Hillary Clinton might be elected president.
