It isn't unclear. Cooper Litigation is a BC-based law practice, unaffiliated with the, umm, "cracker jack" firm who is supposedly trying to unwind this mess.
I'd suggest ignoring the stock price for the next year or three, assuming we stay listed. I see nothing good in the near future. Several more years of "tax loss selling", LOL...!!!
