He hasn't been hit yet so how would you know? We won't know until he gets tapped. I bet he moves when tapped based off his level of aggressiveness which is none.
I have seen them show 10,000 get hit once with 10,000 and leave well over a 100 times in my career of trading so you can't say he is until he gets hit. They are always the last to get hit as well. The other shares must clear out before hand.
