What is a supposed "Hong Kong Billionaire" doing flipping a handful of low end houses and condos in Vegas?

There were many Billionaires involved in real estate in Las vegas - I thought everyone knew that. This nonsense is hilarious.

Now, let's address the supposed Billionaire - of course there is never any proof offered to support the vague claims. Let's take a look at his business credentials:

Is Choi involved in racing - the answer is yes - so we have a very strong connection to his interest in the auto industry.

Now, you seem to have missed another point - Ideal Team Ventures is the parent company that purchased both Apollo and De Tomaso.

Why don't you try Apollo Automobil Limited - who would be signing the contract with Kim - just basic DD and anyone could have found that out:

Why isn't there a single NGCG filing or PR mentioning Choi or Ideal Team Ventures?

LOLOL!!! Obviously the deal hasn't been consummated - it seems Choi doesn't want any information released until the deal is finalized - did you think a deal as big as Apollo or De Tomaso would be posted on Tom's Corner - that is too funny.

Let's save the best for last:

You said "it is very easy to understand that the Chinese group has been in control of the shell from the beginning." No, it isn't. Please provide ANY support for this claim. Is there a filing? A PR? No? Oh yea.. there are two PICTURES of some Asian dudes standing in front of a car or a boat.

Once again, the obsession of calling Kim and Choi two Asian dudes - where the least amount of real DD easily shows it isn't just two random Asian dudes - and just by coincidence they are standing by a Yacht named Apollo - for the record those who do real DD don't believe in coincidences.
