In Broward County Case Number: CACE15007188 Pamela Ruppert filed a 2 page Complaint against NGCG on 04/26/2015.

Pamela was filing the complaint stating the the Convertible Note she purchased from Kalisky - hasn't been paid by NGCG.

The case was settled - and shares were already issued - but now Ruppert is trying to sue NGCG again on the same note he has already collected - that is why the Complaint is filed under Ruppert and not Pamela.

Don't worry there will be plenty more dockets in Ruppert's future.

How can the serial scammer live with himself - when he has to resort to fraud to generate any revenue for himself and Pammy. That is despicable - but it is guaranteed that Ruppert and Ross will pay for the harm they have caused shareholders.

Win the judgement and lose your freedom - I like it.
