Their home office phone number is no longer listed -not a good sign for a company that supposedly does everything by mail, phone and internet . Many people have tried to call them ,in past and got no
response or any return contact from emails or phone,or twitter --that is why I wonder if anyone is actually in office or it's just a front for
MARCO to hide at -when he is actually there -many of us wonder as to the legitimacy of this office ----It's appearance ,any staff
or just a scam . MARCO does NOT respond to anyone. Their previous office (before 6/16) was left and they still owe rent on it . PLEASE

If your able to actually see someone .A vast number of the stockholders are concerned about the lack of information and
and disclosure as to the companies future -Marco refers all questions to their filings and make statements that "high Impact deals " are in the process. He alludes to negotiations in "Las Vegas" .He referenced a Letter of Intent 6-8 months ago that PHOT was to buy Green GRO out of LA. Never any follow through as to what happened . People have been strung along long enough and many major
shareholders have decided to drop out of PHOT - need to know an impression of whether this company is actually expanding it's base ,
or just scamming to keep paying it's salaries and feeding the insiders. They are well versed at giving leading statements and intimidating questioners--stating patience. We need some onsite vision of what really exists . THANK YOU FOR ANY OF YOUR EFFORTS !!!!
