The owner, HP, appears to disagree with you. No one but you disputes Tmm can use VDK 1. Sorry but this is clear.

What is unclear is what happens to the other code that HP owns. VDK 2. So far, its owner has not challenged Tmm's possession of it. But we can all agree Dim has a license. Next steps?

It's pretty obvious to anyone who has any reading and comprehension skills that this statement is clearly false.
