LOLOL!!! I love the Ruppert scam - he fell right into the trap of perpetrating fraud on the Court by filing a complaint against NGCG that has already been settled and contrary to his many lies - there wasn't a 2nd Kalisky note and the promissory note in the complaint has been settled and Pamela has been issued shares.

Ruppert needs to tell Pamela that the Feds don't have co-ed prisons.

Tell Ruppert I am just getting started in having him prosecuted - and now he has started the fake loan scam with XALL.

The Feds love recidivist like Ruppert.

I hope Ruppert gets a judgement against NGCG - that will be the final nail in his Federal prison coffin.

Tell Glassberg he is knowingly engaged in fraud on the Court - let's see if we can't get his license to practice law. I guess I need to file a formal complaint against him.

When did they file a Motion to Correct Scriveners Error? Why not just conduct service via publication or get a Court order requiring counsel for NGCG accept service? It's not a mystery they know about the suit, their CEO's hired a lawyer ... but you've yet to get past a Motion to Quash?

I am curious if Judge Marina Garcia-Wood knows that there is fraudulent lawsuit being filed in her court - don't worry Ruppert tomorrow she will know all of the details of Ruppert and Pamela and their crimes against the court.

Here is a sample the Judge will recieve - it does into a great deal of detail about the Ruppert scam on the Court.

Case Number: CACE16008940

Filed on 05/25/2016 - Jason Ruppert v. NGCG

Here is the document: http://docdro.id/Mm9WaUD

In Item 8 it states: “On January 30, 2015 NGCG executed convertible note promising to pay to the order of Lorne Kalisky or registered assigns the sum of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) within 6 weeks of the date the convertible note was executed.”

In Item 10 it states: “On or Around March 27, 2015 Kalisky conveyed, transferred and assigned interests under the convertible note to Ruppert though a debt purchase agreement.

Keep in mind that the Kalisky note was supposed to be assigned to Pamela Ruppert not Jason Ruppert and Pamela is not listed on the lawsuit.

On 08/26/2016 Ruppert filed the PROMISSORY NOTES. - http://docdro.id/Cz24Nfr

On page 8 of Promissory Notes is a Debt Purchase Agreement between Lorne Kalisky and Pamela Ruppert. Then on age 10 is a document dated March 27, 2015 that says Pamela Ruppert is paying Lorne Kalisky $15,000 for the note - but the handwritten date has 4/27/15.

As a quick aside on page 27 of the Promissory Notes - there is a copy of a check signed by Pamela Ruppert - then on page 33 there is another check signed by Pamela Ruppert and if you look at the signatures they aren’t the same.

So, we have Jason Ruppert filing the Complaint and trying to collect the $60,000 note to Kalisky that was assigned to Pamela Ruppert.

But we have a problem.

On 04/26/2015 Pamela Ruppert filed a 2 page Complaint: Case Number: CACE15007188 - http://docdro.id/HNZYg2o

In Item 8. it states: “On or around March 27, 2015, Lorne kalisky conveyed, transferred and assigned all interests under the convertible note to Ruppert (in this Case Pamela Ruppert filed the complaint) through a Debt Purchase Agreement.

On 05/04/2015 there was a Joint Motion filed for Settlement and Dismissing Case. This is very odd since the Complaint was originally filed on 04/26/2015. http://docdro.id/mJ5RkgP

In the settlement agreement - NGCG agreed to issue Pamela Ruppert 70 million Common shares of the NGCG stock. This is significant - on 05/14/2015 NGCG issued Ruppert 40,000,000 shares and on 06/05/2015 NGCG issued Ruppert 30,000,000 shares to satisfy the settlement agreement.

On 05/08/2015 a Order was filed approving the settlement: http://docdro.id/W9RcDOC

Then there was a Section 3(a)(10) of the Securities Act of 1933 - which is a way to make the shares from the convertible note to be free trading shares.

Now, in the current case Jason Ruppert is filing a lawsuit on the same Convertible Note that Pamela Ruppert has already settled and collected.

Damn, Ruppert didn't expect anyone to go through the court documents and find all of fraudulent activity.

I will add much more details to the information I send to the Judge and the FBI etc.
