Hey Mustang66

See my previous post 48064 on points for consideration on CEO desirability.

I like much of what you raise. I would personally opt for a younger CEO (40's, early 50's). With the exception of Reiza, near everyone else on staff on management/BOD is approaching retirement.

We need an aggressive go getter for funding pure and simple, someone with energy and assertion. Visit linkedin posts on anything Titan related and even Stryker and Smith and Nephew people are commenting that with the existing crew in changed, Titan will never get sport to market. We need someone with Hunnekins like charisma who is not afriad to make substantive changes. Someone who understands the ever changing world of tech and the marketing required to sort through it all.

Re their fiscal background (academic/business etc) they need proven experience in raising funds for small caps - that is as much on the fiscal/education experience side as I would insist on.

This is certainly a challenging period, but as you say, a new up-and-comer might be interested in just such a challenge at this point in the companies' evolution.

Goodness knows we need someone good and soon. Between Barker's at times vague and obtuse article with FP and Hargrove's cc back in May, we need someone who doesn't present themselves as a bumbling and mumbling ......
